Day 2 Keyword match types

We can go trough a little bit about how the different keyword matches works.
The Broad match is the model that we would want to use as little as possible.
Because the search:
Dog food
Will show our ad when someone searches for Dog or Food alone in a search or Sea Food would now trigger our ad as well.
Instead I suggest that you concentrate on the Phrase match and Exact Matching models.
Phrase match is when you search for:
“Dog food”
This will result in your ad being shown for these different searches:
“food dog”
Dog food
“How do I buy dog food”
And so on.
So Phrase match works in this way that if this 2 keywords are in the search term, our Ad will show.
Our ad will be more relevant and more targeted this way.
Then we have the exact match that if we would search for:
[Dog Food]
It will only show our ad when the search is only containing these keywords in the same order and no other keywords are in the search.
Very useful as it is extremely targeted so the conversion rate is usually much higher than Broad Match and Phrase Match.
My campaign usually contains only Phrase match and exact match.
I pay put less per click price on the Phrase match and a little bit higher on the exact match as those converts better for me.

Thank you for being here with me so far!
To be continued
